  • Collect in Store

    Free of charge, just choose ‘Collect in Store’ when you place your order. You will then receive a separate email once your items are ready for collection.

  • UK STANDARD DELIVERY

    Smaller domestic deliveries within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48) and should arrive within approximately 2-3 working days.

    Larger items including full kilt outfit packages will be sent fully tracked and insured via DHL.

    Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number for each relevant carrier.

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Smaller international deliveries (generally up to 4kg), will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

    Larger items including full kilt outfit packages will be sent fully tracked and insured via DHL.

    Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number for each relevant carrier.

    Unfortunately we have no visibility nor can accept responsibility for any additional taxes or import duties which may be applied to the delivery of goods outwith the UK. Such charges may be required to be paid in full to local authorities before the final release of a shipment.

  • Refunds

    Upon receipt of a returned item a refund will be processed via your original payment method (card or online account). Original delivery costs remain non-refundable unless items are faulty.

    Please include the original invoice in your package stating the reason for return.

    The customer will be required to pay any return postage.

  • Exchanges

    Please include the original invoice in your package stating the details of the item to be exchanged.

    The customer may be required to pay any return postage.
