The Derby originally became a popular shoe when it was worn as a hunting boot in the 1850s. As time progressed this design became a trendy style to wear in the city. The uppers are made from an unfinished European crust leather which is hand stained before it receives a darker stain with a brush stroke to give a stunning antique wooden effect. This combined with the injection of premium Italian leather into the sole ensures a long-lasting, hard wearing shoe that has classic style.
